Terms of Service

1. Service Description

StockrHub is a Shopify embedded application that provides inventory and procurement management tools, including purchase order creation, supplier management, stock transfers, inventory counting, demand forecasting, and low-stock alerts.

2. Account & Access

To use StockrHub, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store or a direct installation link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials. You must not share access to the App with unauthorized parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to excessively access the App (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its features
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures

4. Payment Terms

StockrHub offers a free tier with core functionality. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by StockrHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain full ownership of your store data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockrHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The free tier does not include a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Paid plans may include availability commitments as specified in the plan details. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Upon termination, all data associated with your store will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page or by notifying you through the App. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
