Reports & Analytics
StockrHub provides a suite of reports that give you visibility into procurement costs, sales trends, and inventory accuracy. All reports support date range filtering and can be exported to CSV.
Procurement Spend Report
Section titled “Procurement Spend Report”Track how much you are spending on inventory and which suppliers account for the largest share.
What It Shows
Section titled “What It Shows”- Total spend across all suppliers for the selected period.
- Spend by supplier — Breakdown of purchase order costs per vendor.
- Spend over time — Trends in procurement spending (weekly or monthly).
- Average PO value — Mean cost per purchase order.
- Number of POs — Total purchase orders created in the period.
How to Use It
Section titled “How to Use It”- Navigate to Reports and select Procurement Spend.
- Set the date range (start and end date).
- Optionally filter by supplier.
- Review the report.
Sales Velocity Report
Section titled “Sales Velocity Report”Understand which products are selling fastest and how velocity trends are changing over time.
What It Shows
Section titled “What It Shows”- Top selling products — Ranked by units sold in the selected period.
- Sales velocity — Units per day for each product.
- Velocity trends — How velocity has changed compared to the previous period.
- Slow movers — Products with very low or zero velocity.
How to Use It
Section titled “How to Use It”- Navigate to Reports and select Sales Velocity.
- Set the date range.
- Sort by velocity, units sold, or trend direction.
Inventory Adjustment Report
Section titled “Inventory Adjustment Report”Review all inventory changes that resulted from stock counts, including discrepancies and write-offs.
What It Shows
Section titled “What It Shows”- Total adjustments — Number of inventory adjustments made in the period.
- Net adjustment — Total units added minus total units removed.
- Discrepancies by location — Which locations had the most count discrepancies.
- Discrepancies by product — Which products are most frequently adjusted.
- Adjustment reasons — Categorized reasons for inventory changes (count correction, damage, write-off).
How to Use It
Section titled “How to Use It”- Navigate to Reports and select Inventory Adjustments.
- Set the date range.
- Filter by location or product if needed.
Dashboard Stats
Section titled “Dashboard Stats”The main dashboard displays key performance indicators at a glance:

| Active POs | Number of purchase orders in draft, sent, or partial status |
| Low Stock Items | Products below their reorder point |
| Fill Rate | Percentage of PO line items received in full on the first shipment |
| Total Spend (Period) | Procurement spend for the current month |
These stats update in real time as you create POs, receive inventory, and process stock counts.
Date Range Filtering
Section titled “Date Range Filtering”All reports support flexible date range filtering:
- Preset ranges — Today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this month, last month, this year.
- Custom range — Pick specific start and end dates.
The selected date range applies to the data displayed in the report and to any CSV export.
CSV Export
Section titled “CSV Export”Every report can be exported to CSV for further analysis in spreadsheet software:
- Configure the report with your desired date range and filters.
- Click Export CSV.
- The file downloads containing all rows and columns visible in the report.
